1pra1 Terms and Conditions – User Rules and Rights

1 Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on 1pra1 and access all services available on the platform, the user must meet the following mandatory requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the date of registration.
• Be a legal resident of Brazil with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
• Not having any other active or previously closed account due to a violation on this platform.
• Not being located in a jurisdiction where use of the platform is expressly prohibited by local law.

Registration at 1pra1 is free and allows only one account per person. If the platform identifies more than one account associated with the same CPF, IP address, or payment method, all duplicate accounts may be closed and the corresponding balances may be retained pending the conclusion of an investigation.

During registration, the user must provide their full legal name, CPF, date of birth, email address, and phone number. This information may be verified at any time through a request for additional documents — such as a government-issued ID, driver's license, or proof of address. Verification is required to process withdrawals above certain amounts and to protect the user against unauthorized access.

2 Account & Security

Each user is solely responsible for the security and use of their account on 1pra1. This includes keeping your login password confidential and never sharing your account credentials with third parties, for any reason.

The 1pra1 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of security. We strongly recommend that all users enable this feature in their account dashboard. With 2FA active, even if your password is compromised, unauthorized access to your account remains blocked.

If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must immediately notify 1pra1 at suporte@1pra1.best or via the live chat available 24 hours a day. The platform may preventively block the account while the situation is being investigated, without affecting the user's legitimate balance.

• Avoid obvious passwords such as birth dates, number sequences, or your full name.
• Avoid accessing the platform on public Wi-Fi networks without using a VPN.
• Do not save your password in the browser on shared devices.
• Periodically review the session history available in your account dashboard.

The 1pra1 will never send emails requesting your password or card details. Any such communication should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to support immediately.

3 Deposits & Payments

The 1pra1 accepts deposits exclusively from residents in Brazil through the following payment methods:

All deposits must be made through accounts and payment methods in the name of the account holder at 1pra1. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Using a payment method registered in someone else's name may result in account closure and balance retention pending investigation.

The 1pra1 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's bank or financial institution are the user's sole responsibility and are not reimbursable by the platform.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 1pra1 are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. There is no fixed maximum withdrawal limit, although large amounts may require additional identity verification before being released.

The standard processing time for withdrawals via Pix is up to 15 minutes after the request, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. In exceptional cases of high demand or security review, processing may take up to 24 hours, which does not constitute any irregularity on the platform's part.

• Only real balance (not bonus funds pending rollover) is available for withdrawal at any time.
• Bonus balance may only be withdrawn after the full rollover requirements of the corresponding promotion have been met.
• The 1pra1 may request verification documents before processing the first withdrawal or withdrawals above certain limits.
• Withdrawal attempts with information that does not match the registered account will be automatically declined for security reasons.

The 1pra1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal processing in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, violations of these terms, or requests from competent authorities. In such cases, the user will be notified and may submit documentation to resolve the situation.

5 Sports Betting

The 1pra1 offers Sports Betting across a range of sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international football), MMA/UFC, volleyball, basketball (NBB and international leagues), e-sports (CS2, Valorant, League of Legends, Free Fire, and others), and additional sports available on the platform.

By confirming a bet, the user accepts the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once confirmed, odds cannot be changed retroactively, except in the cases provided for in these terms. The 1pra1 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from technical or human error, with notice to the user and a full refund of the amount wagered.

Event cancellations: If a sporting event is canceled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or not completed in accordance with the tournament's rules, all bets on that event will be voided and the staked amounts returned to the user's balance. For multi-selection bets, any voided selection is treated as odds of 1.00 (with no effect on the rest of the bet slip).

• Live bets are final upon confirmation and cannot be canceled by the user.
• The 1pra1 may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments of a match to update the odds.
• Official results published by the event's organizing body are final for bet settlement purposes.
• In the event of a tie in two-way markets (no draw option), the bet is voided and the stake is refunded.

6 Casino & Games

The casino games available at 1pra1 — including slots, live roulette, blackjack, crash games, and other game types — use certified random number generators or, in the case of live games, dealers and physical equipment supervised by the platform's partner providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Spribe, and others).

The RTP (Return to Player) of each game is determined by the provider and may vary depending on the specific variant selected. RTP values are listed in the game descriptions and represent a long-term statistical average — they do not guarantee returns in individual sessions.

The 1pra1 does not accept bets below the minimum or above the maximum defined for each game or table. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through software, bug exploitation, or any other technical means will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of irregularly obtained winnings.

• Crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, and similar) use verifiable algorithms that ensure unpredictable, tamper-proof results.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the 1pra1 will void the affected round and return the wagered amount.
• Your full game history is available in the account dashboard for review at any time.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

The 1pra1 offers a welcome bonus, periodic promotions, and loyalty programs to its users. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which take precedence over the general rules in this section in the event of any conflict. Always read the promotion terms before activating it.

Rollover (wagering requirement): Every bonus is subject to a rollover requirement — meaning the total amount that must be wagered before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The standard rollover is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount received (example: a 10x rollover on a R$ 100.00 bonus requires R$ 1,000.00 in wagers).

• Bets placed at odds below the minimum defined in the promotion do not count toward the rollover.
• The rollover contribution rate varies by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games (blackjack, roulette) may have a reduced contribution of 10% to 20%.
• Bonuses have an expiration date defined in the promotion. Any unused bonus balance that expires within the deadline is automatically canceled.
• The 1pra1 reserves the right to cancel bonuses granted in error or obtained irregularly.
• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus once only. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses will be closed.

8 Responsible Gambling

The 1pra1 believes entertainment is only healthy when the user stays in control. That's why we provide a set of responsible gambling tools accessible directly from the account dashboard, with no red tape:

• Deposit limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on your deposits. Once the limit is reached, no new deposits are accepted until the period resets.
• Loss limit: Set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, new deposits are automatically blocked.
• Session limit: Set a maximum play time per session with automatic alerts when the limit is reached.
• Temporary self-exclusion: Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. During self-exclusion, access to the account is blocked.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Permanently close your account at 1pra1. This action is irreversible.

All self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. The 1pra1 will not send promotional communications to users under active self-exclusion. Reductions to a previously set limit take effect immediately. Increases to a limit are subject to a 7-day waiting period before taking effect — an added layer of protection for the user.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of personal data belonging to users of 1pra1 are governed by the platform's Privacy Policy, available in full at Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

In short, 1pra1 collects only the data necessary to operate the platform, verify identity, process payments, and improve the user experience. No personal data is sold to third parties. Financial data is encrypted with 256-bit SSL across all communication between the user's device and the platform's servers.

Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). Requests must be sent to suporte@1pra1.best with the account holder's identification.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Users may close their account at 1pra1 at any time through the account dashboard or by contacting support. Available real-money balances will be returned via Pix after identity verification. Bonus balances with pending rollover requirements are canceled upon closure.

The 1pra1 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following cases, without prior notice:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or gain unfair advantages.
• Use of automation software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate outcomes.
• Suspicious activity involving money laundering or financial fraud.
• Request by competent authorities.
• Abusive or threatening behavior directed at staff or the support team at 1pra1.

In cases of account closure due to a violation, 1pra1 may hold the account balance until the investigation is complete. If the violation is confirmed, the balance may be confiscated. If no violation is confirmed, the real-money balance is returned to the user.

11 Limitation of Liability

The 1pra1 is an entertainment platform. Sports Betting and casino games involve real financial risk — you may lose the amount wagered. The platform does not guarantee profits and is not responsible for financial losses resulting from use of its services.

The 1pra1 will make every reasonable effort to keep the platform available and running smoothly. However, it is not liable for service interruptions resulting from:

• Scheduled maintenance communicated to users in advance.
• Infrastructure failures from third parties (internet providers, data centers, payment processors).
• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, large-scale cyberattacks, or emergency regulatory orders.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of 1pra1 against a user shall exceed the available balance in that user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Applicable Law and Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of 1pra1 that are not resolved amicably through support will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brazil.

The 1pra1 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in legislation, the services offered, or the platform's operational practices. Material changes will be communicated to users by email at least 15 days before taking effect, except where immediate legal requirements apply.

Continued use of the platform after new terms take effect constitutes tacit acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new terms, you must close your account before the effective date stated in the notification.
